Yesterday was no exception, I went to the store with my sister to add her new line to my account and we had Roxie help us, she was amazing! She gave us quality service and a great deal for both, me and my sister! “I’ll be the exception to the rule here. I have my complaints about Spectrum, but this review is about my one and only visit to Laredo’s Spectrum Store on 06/09/26. I had recently updated my equipment (router and modem) and went by the store to return the old unit. I had read many of the reviews left for this store and wasn’t expecting a very good experience. As a matter of fact, I didn’t even take the item I was returning into the store initially, because I didn’t think I would be successful [at returning it]. Upon entering the store I was told by an employee up front the wait would be about 15 minutes. He told me if I didn’t want to wait, I could drop off the item at any UPS Store. I told him I didn’t mind waiting. I took a seat and no less than a minute or two later I was called to a service counter where I met with [employee] Brandon. He was very courteous, professional, and attentive, and handled the return with efficiency. I told him I was impressed with the service provided, especially considering all the negative reviews I had read. On that day, Brandon demonstrated how a single employee can change the attitude and expectations of a customer (me). After completing the transaction, I left the store with a little better opinion about the company, about the people they employ, and how I was treated as a member of the Laredo community.
