Very efficient and helpful... I just think they need to be more patient and take the time to explain how the system works

Nothing specific to this store, but Spectrum is the worst wifi company. It has constant outages and has to constantly be reset on the daily. Only reason people get it is for the price but at this point it isn't worth it. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
