“I visited this store this morning and the systems were having issues. One way or another I got charged multiple times, I was told to come back later that evening when the manager came in and I did just that. Not knowing what if anything would be done to fix it. Well the manager AJ was amazing neither one of us could figure out where it all went wrong but AJ made it right for the amounts the system showed and was very understanding and helpful. After this morning I said I wouldn’t come back but he won my business being a good honest business leader today and he’s forever gained my business. Thank you AJ!”
