Funnily I locked my keys in the trunk of my car as I was putting away my things, but was able to get them out quickly with the help of the workers there. Specifically, I’d like to thank Brandon who saved me from a big headache like it was nothing new. Five stars!”

Her truck was having issues and not wanting to start. He diagnosed the issue and helped her install the new battery out in the cold weather we are having which is greatly appreciated. He is awesome!”
“Having never been to Batteries Plus, I found they were the only local store that carried the truck battery Consumer Reports rated number 1. Armed with foreknowledge, I knew this was an expensive battery, so I went in and told them the exact battery I wanted (which was in stock). After identifying the make, model, and year of my truck, they asked me about my driving habits. What? It turns out the battery I wanted does not perform well for a driver who drives a few miles with lots of starts throughout the day. That battery was better suited for long-haul driving. So they down-sold me on another battery, also with a four-year battery. Even with all the conversation, they took my old battery to recycle and installed the new one, all within 30 minutes. They even had a gadget that saved all my radio and clock settings when there was no battery. I was super pleased and headed home to write a review. When I pulled it up on Google Maps, I saw they accept items for recycling. I called to ask what they took, and that all I had they would receive. So I loaded up half my back seat with all kinds of batteries, chargers, charge cords, phones, battery backup/surge protectors, and even an old Fitbit. Both times, the guys were courteous, helpful, and personable. I have found a new favorite place. How about you?”
