They adapt their techniques depending on the needs of the person. I was able to hear a small amount of the conversation that the person before me was having. It was an elderly lady she required a little more of a personal touch than I required. He adapt to her needs & spent the time she needed to hive her instructions. “My wife's lost her Marquise diamond out of her wedding ring after 33 yrs and I was looking to replace it. I was looking around to buy the diamond and then find someone to mount it. I came across Max Arwood of Arwood custom jewelry out in the Lavon/Wylie area and not only did he help me locate the diamond replacement, but is a full service jeweler, and mounted it as well. He has quality workmanship, and will be returning for all future jewelry purchases and repair.”
