I recently brought my vehicle to Clear Lake INFINITI for service, and I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the process was professional, organized, and customer-focused.
I would especially like to recognize my Service Advisor Karena for providing outstanding service. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They took the time to clearly explain the recommended service, kept me informed of the progress, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail.
The level of professionalism and customer care I received reflects very positively on Clear Lake INFINITI. It is refreshing to have a service experience where the customer feels genuinely valued and respected.

“The dealership who scheduled the rental car did not call Enterprise before hand to see if there was a car available. Once I got to Enterprise I was told there wouldn’t be a car available until the following week. Olivia Alkire went above and beyond and got me a rental that day. She was AMAZING and delivered impeccable customer service!!! I would most definitely go back to that local because of the service she provided. That kind of customer service is not common. She needs to be recognized. Companies need more people like Olivia!”

“I just wanted to give a BIG thank you to my salesman Jacob!!! I’m leasing a brand new Hyundai Tucson and I absolutely LOVE it! Also it’s my favorite color (Green) and sparkles gold in the sunshine. I have leased my 2 previous cars and although there’s an option to buy once my lease is up, I didn’t love either of them. This car I could drive forever!! Sometimes buying a car can be a lengthy process, but the Hyundai building is so cozy to wait in. My experience was absolutely perfect.”

A rented automobile was new, and very clean. Booking process was easy, extension rent seemless, returning very easy with documented confirmation, which is rare in nowadays. Simply say it was the Golden Standards!
Additionally, the stuff isalways answering a phone on time.It was worry - free experience and enjoyable rental.
As a decade frequent traveler for work , I firmly can say the Avis rental facility, Bay area is the best per my experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

“The Budget/Avis Car Rental on Bay Area Blvd in Webster, Texas is excellent. I was looking to test drive a specific Toyota car model as it is on my short list for buying. Budget agent Tito went out of his way to find me the exact model I was looking for…even checked other Avis/Budget locations in the county until he found the one I wanted to try. It was clean and even had the car manuals which helped. I cannot thank Tito enough. He really helped, gave me lots of good information and NO pushing rental upcharges I didn’t want. This is my go-to car rental for local and long distance travel needs. And Tito is superb! Thanks!”

“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”
