Once I got to Enterprise I was told there wouldn’t be a car available until the following week. Olivia Alkire went above and beyond and got me a rental that day. Since it was short notice (needed same day) vehicle options were limited, but that is expected if you have common sense.”

“Only reason to give 4 stars is bc there was no available loaner car so I had to spend $ renting a vehicle. And why it takes 2 1/2 days to do a health check makes no sense to me. Otherwise the service guys were really nice and my check engine light is now off.”

A rented automobile was new, and very clean. Booking process was easy, extension rent seemless, returning very easy with documented confirmation, which is rare in nowadays. Simply say it was the Golden Standards!
Additionally, the stuff isalways answering a phone on time.It was worry - free experience and enjoyable rental.
As a decade frequent traveler for work , I firmly can say the Avis rental facility, Bay area is the best per my experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”

Quick, helpful and efficient is the best way to describe the encounter. I made a reservation and when I returned at the scheduled time everything was waiting. Car rentals are more expensive than I remember, but good customer service reduces the sting a bit.”

“I had a good experience. Just remember to vacuum before you return the car if it's messy because you do sign so sort agreement that states there is a vacuum fee if you return it dirty. Be there early for your vehicle if you need it right away, because there may be a 20 or more minute wait. Check the vehicle tires before you leave because even with additional insurance, it does not cover tires. I did prepaid so that may helped reserved a vehicle for me. I did dropped by the day before and asked about the vehicle cause I needed a mini van. I wanted make sure they had one.”

“I was rear-ended and suffered many injuries. This location had amazing customer service and made sure to find a vehicle that didn't cause me more pain to get in and out of. The vehicle was new, clean, upgraded safety features, blind spot detection, dash monitor with front and back camera and had sensory detection. If a bird flew to close it let you know.
The interior was clean, sharp and well maintained. My seat was more comfortable than a lazy boy. Due to the lack of communication from the insurance company, Enterprise was always respectful and understanding. They even went above and beyond to get my rental extended. I will definitely return here for future rental needs.”
