“I was so glad I came to this store. Jared listened to what I needed and asked key questions to make sure I got the right product. Two super nice gentleman came and installed my TV and they had so much patience with all my questions. They made sure I knew how to operate my new TV, that all my other devices were connected, and cleaned up after themselves. I got the best service and a super great price too!”
“My phone screen broke late at night and I had a very early flight the next morning. No other place had the parts for my phone in the Houston area or other stores where closed. Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. They even threw in a free privacy screen protector!I can't overstate the amazing work they did and how helpful they all where to accommodate my situation.The store is filled with an array of interesting items. Everything from cool lago sets, gift ideas to top of the line tech and perfect school laptops/tablets . I assure that this place is worth visiting for phone repairs or just to browse around. “There great they really were trying to help me with my problem they couldn’t be it’s ok I give them props for at least trying the only thing that they accidentally took my charger and then they gave me a used one and I don’t think it was better then the one I had I was a bit upset about that I never went t back because they would probably just think I’m trying to get a free charger but overall the experience was great thank you guys for trying to help with my issue .”
