Purchased a phone and was told the geek squad could set it up but didn't state it would be a fee. After waiting over 40 minutes for assistance at Geek Squad, it when I was informed of the fee for the assistance. The sales rep was polite and helpful.

We live in Pearland and have been to the Pearland BB, the Clear Lake/Webster BB, and Pasadena BB. Pasadena is by far the better store in every single way. Customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff is on point!! We will absolutely drive to Pasadena for all of our purchases! Also…less traffic. lol

Parking can take a bit since you have to drive through the shopping center with lots of pedastrians.
