The service just keeps getting better and better.
So I call Abdul on his cell phone and tell him we are interested in having tile installed downstairs and he is literally at my house within 30 minutes to measure for me ! Abdul took care of everything for us and made it so simple. This place is literally one stop shopping. The employees that came to our house were not strangers, they have been here for other jobs as well. Abdul has had several people working for him over 25 years and does not have a quick turnaround with employees like a lot of companies do . The employees were very courteous and easy to Communicate with. We were thrilled they were able to finish the job so quickly. I am also impressed with how Abdul always answers his phone and personally checked on our job very often. The final touch which we really appreciated was having a cleaning company come over to clean our house for us when the job was done. Abdul coordinated it so perfectly that within 30 minutes of the contractors being finished, the cleaning people were already here . Because of this, we were able to enjoy our flooring immediately and not have to worry about cleaning. Btw, I was asking ChatGPT a question about my Tile grout color on my phone.
I received a very complementary message back that I have attached below. How cool is it that even ChatGPT noticed the good workmanship !!!

Zach Webb. It is rare that when walking into a store, you come across a sales person that not only shows professionalism, but a very positive attitude. By the time I’d paid for my purchases, I knew I’d found a person that exudes something very rare today, personal knowledge of the products he sells. I’d just met Zach Webb. I am not a plumber by trade, I am a 20 year Retired & Disabled American Veteran of 20 years in The US Army, making a repair to my home.

“A week before Christmas, the hot water heater starts leaking. Our Bradford had gone out after 30 years of service, and we had to get a new one.

I chose to go to Ferguson because they were a supplier and sold Bradford directly to the public (Usually you have to go through a plumber to get a Bradford). Elaine was extremely helpful, educating me on what I was looking for and what to watch out for. I did my best to get the modern version of our same model, and she had politely warned me I might want to opt for the tall model that is skinny if ours is in the attic (Apparently all Houston area suburb attic entries are similarly sized..) The measurements were similar enough that I went ahead and got the short one. They only had one in stock in a beat up box, so she cut it open to show it to me just to make sure I could see what I was getting.

It was 1/4 inch off from fitting (They were right)... SO! I bring back the heater the Monday before Christmas and, true to her word, they took it back, no hassle, no issues. The service Elaine and the team at Ferguson provided was extremely polite, professional, and educative. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
