He sent me an on boarding email that was super user friendly and I got all our NP's in the systemI can not say enough about how seamless and amazing this has been. The orders and turn around time has been 24 hours on almost every single lab. I have received feedback from families so excited because they were able to get blood on one stick. I am beyond impressed with this company and anytime I have a question or I need help Brian has answered every question with a smile on his face. These are some of the nicest people I have talked to and all very educated in their field of work. I am so grateful we found you guys. I am referring you all to everyone I can. Been working with Allometrics since March of last year. We’ve had a very smooth experience, having everything calibrated from power supplies to pressure transducers, and also taking note on our specific requirements regarding handling of our hardware.
An issue did arise toward the end of last year going into January with two pieces of equipment which needed to be outsourced. Upon elevating this issue, their lead in sales reached out to me directly to resolve the problem. My final impression, they take their client base seriously and will work to resolve issues.”
“I love the Quest on spacecenter blvd the tech there are very friendly and whenbi didn't have a appointment the tech said I am taking the lady that has been here since 830 before I hope to lunch . Having jo appointment was making me wait longer and longer. I thanked her.b”
“Very easy to schedule an appointment and have insurance verified. I also received a phone call with a reminder about arrival time and special preparations. Check in was easy And front desk, staff friendly. The best part of my experience at Gulf Coast MRI & Diagnostic was Sonya, my imaging technician that made the CAT scan with contrast dye procedure very comfortable. She did a great job of reassuring me throughout, and I didn’t feel the IV at all! I love the way she had the room decorated in a welcoming way - A very comforting touch!”
“I brought my 6 year old son in for blood work. Check-in was smooth, with a wait time of less than five minutes since we had an appointment. The nurses were exceptional; they worked efficiently and completed my son's blood draw in under five minutes. Their calm nature and teamwork helped keep my son relaxed, and they successfully found his vein on the first attempt. I appreciate their kindness and composed approach, which made the process quick and easy.”

“Had my Sleep Study here last month. AMAZING STAFF!!!! The Day staff was kind and really made me feel comfortable. The Manager Nareese is a doll. She was so knowledgeable in inquiring my dad and I from the beginning to end of the process.
The Night crew were an overall ?They seem happy to have to stay up all night. We had the most comfortable experience. This place is clean, quiet, and recommended.

“The Quest location that I selected was easy to park at, easy to access a self check-in, the waiting room had plenty of chairs in the room and there was a monitor with your name on it that gives you an idea of how many people have appointments.”
