“Everything went well at the clinic. I checked in and was called within 3-5 minutes of my arrival. The tech was good, not overly friendly, but friendly enough. She is a good phlebotomist; found a vein quickly and didn't hurt me at all. The only bad side to working with Quest is the lack of ability to reach a person to talk to. I called back to get the time of my appointment only to be transferred back and forth in the answering system where the only other option was to go to the website. No luck there either. All I wanted was to confirm my appointment time. I gave up and left early to get to the facility. As I stated, the in clinic service was fast and great; the phone service is lousy.”

“I recently visited this location and needed some additional help. There is no front desk employee so you must sign in through the tablets in the front lobby. Be aware that it is extremely cold in the lobby and the back rooms. If you have questions about anything, any of the employees will assist you when you are called back. The employees in the back are more than happy to assist you but you must check in first. I had a couple of issues that I needed assistance with but was not the fault of the facility but rather my doctor. I would definitely go to this location again. Dominique was the very best and took her time to help me out though everyone I interacted with was kind. Dominique was the one who went out of her way to help both of the days that I was there.”
