“I go to grand slam always for a great wash, but recently they really stepped up! I had misplaced my key bob and couldn’t find it thinking maybe the vacuum took it, I went back up to ask them about it. They had located it and put it at the front desk! So grateful for their kindness and care.

“I had my tires changed and overall they did a good job. There was a few hiccups with them telling .e they pur aside 4 tires, and by the time I got there for my appt, someone sold one of them, so they only had 3. Then I had to go to another location and tried to make an appt, but they wouldn't take appts so I had to sit up at Wal-Mart for 2 hours before they could start.”

“went to get my freon pressure checked, and they pointed out my radiator fan wasn’t even plugged in.. really thankful they didn’t stop at just the pressure check, and pointed out a big issue to me. been thru multiple oil changes, inspections, and no place has gone the extra mile like they have. really kind people.. i cannot begin to describe how thankful i am”
