“Went to one of their competitors. Drove to the back. They have 2 bays and both had cars. Waited and waited. No one came out to talk to me. So I parked amd went in. Same thing, Waited and waited. The guy working on one car never even looked at me. So I left. Got to Greaae Monkey and was instantly greeted as I entered the parking lot. I know my patronage is appreciated. Thank you Grease Monkey!”

“This was my first time here for an inspection, the staff was very friendly and even though they were busy I was in and out within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back again in the future.”

“I’ve been getting my oil changed here for a long time. Last week, I came in for an oil change on my truck, but it started leaking afterward; I went back and spoke with them, and it seems they fixed the issue. However, what really impressed me was the service I received from Logan—he was professional, personable, clear, attentive, respectful, and helpful. It had been a long time since I’d been served by someone like that. Congratulations to Logan for the passion you show in your work; it’s clear you enjoy what you do and demonstrate genuine empathy—something rarely seen these days. Thank you.”

“The Jiffy Lube technicians advised that the brakes on my vehicle were nearly gone. Apparently, the Brakes had been wearing out for quite some time, but the previous oil change facility, not Jiffy Lube, did not inform me that I would be needing a new brakes soon. I am very relieved and happy to now have a vehicle in tiptop condition. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.”

“Quickest service of my life. County Tax assessor told me I needed a Vehicle Inspection at 4:06, but they close at 4:30. I went 1.5 miles here, they said I GOT YOU. They had me out the door at 4:16, I had my tags renewed and sticker on my car at 4:27. Stellar.”
