“The Jiffy Lube technicians advised that the brakes on my vehicle were nearly gone. Apparently, the Brakes had been wearing out for quite some time, but the previous oil change facility, not Jiffy Lube, did not inform me that I would be needing a new brakes soon. I am very relieved and happy to now have a vehicle in tiptop condition. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.”

“Went to one of their competitors. Drove to the back. They have 2 bays and both had cars. Waited and waited. No one came out to talk to me. So I parked amd went in. Same thing, Waited and waited. The guy working on one car never even looked at me. So I left.
