“I'm new to auto repair places. I believe that communications with the new customers should be better than what I received. I was told it would be $99 to check out the problem on my vehicle. It actually was $105. The checkout charge was in fact $99.99 or $100 PLUS $5 for shop supplies. I don't understand shop supplies for plugging into the body computer on my vehicle.I can understand "Shop Supplies" for any repair where they are used. BUT, customers should be told ahead of pick up time of these charges. The check out charges are $105 and this is what should be told to customers.Then there is a call back when the vehicle was completed diagnosis. I waited until after 4PM to receive a call. I called Sun Automotive to determine if my vehicle was diagnosised and was ready to be picked up.So 4 stars due to lack of proper communications with a new customer.”
