“This review is for Kim.
Kim helped me today by reading the engine code on our delivery van, and she was fantastic. While I was waiting, she was helping another customer with detailed questions about a part, two more customers came into the store, the phone was ringing, and she handled every bit of it herself. Calm, knowledgeable, friendly, and never once looked flustered.
Meanwhile, the older guy working there... bro, you sucked. You didn't acknowledge customers, didn't offer to help, didn't even make eye contact. You walked out, stocked shelves, and left Kim to handle the entire front of the store by herself. I don't know if you're the manager or just another employee, but either way, that was some of the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. If that's your idea of teamwork, it's a master class in how *not* to do it.
Kim gets 5 stars. She carried that store today. The other guy earns 1 star for proving that being physically present and actually working are two different things. Give Kim the recognition she deserves.”

“I just picked up my car from Maaco, and wow what a wonderful surprise! The coating over the paint on my Lexus 350 had started peeling off for no apparent reason. It made me sick looking at it. It looks like dead skin peeling off. After a good push from my kids and months of complaining about I finally went to Maaco in League City. Michelle was amazing. She was very friendly, thorough and answered all of my questions. They also had special that was going to end that day which was Saturday. She told me to think about it and let her know by Monday. If I said yes she would honor the discount which included cleaning my headlights, a bonus offer. That was like a 200-300 dollar additional discount. Judge for yourself, if they did a great job.

“On 06/20/2026 I spoke with Caleb about checking an issue with my RAM 2500, Caleb hooked up the tester which analyzed my trucks issue, after printing out the veri scan, he explained my options without any hesitation and to where I understood what he was explaining, he was very kind, courteous and informative. NOTE: the store was very clean.”

This is unfortunately not the first time I've had to use their service (I've had several other vehicles involved in accidents due to uninsured motorists) and CC has always taken care of my vehicles.”
“I had a great experience with League City Body Shop and the work they did on my 2020 Ford Expedition. They were extremely thorough from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and maintenance performed on my vehicle.
The lifetime warranty and guarantee on their work also gives me a lot of confidence in what they do. Everyone was professional, kind, and easy to work with. Emil and June were both fantastic and made the entire process a great experience.

“I have been doing business with Darrell and Cindy for the past 15 years. To say they do incredible work is an understatement. Whatever negative reviews were left were done in spite and not thought through. They have done probably 10 boat upholstery‘s for me and many other side jobs. I’m not an easy customer to please and they do it over and over again if I could give them 10 stars I would . They do full boat covers on my 40 footer all the way down the rc boat bags for my hobby shop .”

“I could not be more grateful to Taylor and the whole service department. We drove 3 hours for a middle school field trip to NASA. My car overheated a few miles out and was towed to VW of Clear Lake. Taylor heard my predicament, got me shuttled to NASA, and had my car ready to go by 4pm. The video they sent explained everything perfectly, and I'm convinced they were thorough and accurate in assessing the problem. Our day was not ruined, there wasn't even three slightest frustrating hiccup, and we had a safe drive home. Taylor and the service department, thank you SO MUCH!!”
