“During the summer, I ordered a printer + backup ink via curbside pickup. Four months later, the starter ink finally needed replacing and then realized I bought the wrong size ink cartridges. Target Cust Service tried to do the swap and it said printer ink was ineligible for store refund after so many months due to time passed. I wanted to kick myself but then she said Target allows a once a year in store credit up to $100 and that worked and solved my dilemma! Thankfully they had the ink I needed in stock. Super grateful for this Target policy that saved me in the midst of working on important documents at home. Thank you Target Customer Service Lady for finding a solution when I needed it most!”

Went home and found we could order the Ugg slippers that were sold out in her size all over the greater Austin area and they were there for pickup the following day! Awesome!!”

“Picked up a large rug this weekend! Staff we interacted with were exceptional.The person that brought down the rug and wrapped it up for us was friendly and professional. Then the cashier was great. She helped us with some bags to line our rental van and also let us know that if we needed more to just ask. She offered all that with a smile and a level of friendliness that I haven’t experienced at home goods before! Thank you Catherine!!!We transported our rug with a Home Depot rental van for 19.99 for 75mins and it was incredibly easy and efficient!We lucked out and found the right style rug made from the fibers we had been searching for. Wow!”

“I typically avoid Burlington like the plague. It’s usually a mess, service sucks, takes forever, and the merchandise is sub-par compared to the other discounters. I needed something specific today and went to three locations. 1 was ok, 1 was awful, and this one was great. It’s the only one of the three I would return to - and I found just what I was looking for. Store was well-kept, good merchandise, and the registers were well-run so it didn’t take forever to pay. For some reason the shoppers here tend to take to much stuff to the register, hem and haw, ask a bunch of questions and be confused - which makes buying something quickly out of the question. There was only one checker when I got in line. The customer proceeded to do all of that and the checker loudly said she needed to decide what to do because she had a line - basically keep it moving - in a nice way. Checker also immediately called for backup when the line formed, which promptly showed up. Also clean, new and well lit. Good experience. Apparently shopping at a Burlington for discounts doesn’t have to be painful!”

“I bought a Tree Line deer feeder at Tractor Supply and short story, it did not work. Through Texas Bowhunter I located a gentleman that said he would answer any questions about it. He responded immediately to my text and he was the manufacturer!! We determined that the motor was bad and he sent me a new motor and I was back in service and the deer feeder was up and running in 5 days!! Great customer service by Tree Line!”

“5 stars for the manager, J. 4 stars for the stores inventory as most selections I would have normally chosen were not available. All good though. It was a Saturday evening after all.I had been browsing the aisles for far too long when I realized it had gotten dark outside and the store was getting busier and busier. I made a dash for the self check out so I could avoid the droves of shoppers also heading to the checkout.This is where things got a bit dicey but only for a moment.I made it all the way through scanning and bagging my items but there had been some issue with my debit card only charging for half of the order. I've never had that happen before so I was a bit confused and tried another card which also didn't mark. The girl (I didn't catch her name) at the self checkout tried to help but inevitably, the order had to be reversed. Admittedly, I was a little irritated by this point but not with them. I was just honestly very tired, hungry and really wanted to get home lol had I not spent so long shopping, I would have just said never mind and left. I checked my bank per the girl cashier's suggestion and I saw the charge was still pending on my account so she went to get the manager, J. A few moments after I spoke with him and he went to the back to see if he could locate the charge, I got a fraud alert from my bank asking if I had attempted a charge at Target so presumably this was the issue all along.He was very kind, helpful and I could tell he was sincere in his attempt to make it right. Despite me telling him that I wasn't upset and it was all good, I was just a bit cranky lol. So that extra bit of kindness from him was much appreciated. Especially considering the store had gotten rather busy and there were quite a few ppl looking for him so kudos to him for staying so calm, cool, and collected.”

“Wow is this a clean Walmart. It seemed larger than the one I usually go to. This is a super Walmart with groceries on one end and house goods the other end. I needed a few things, and it was easy to find everything. I was in and out pretty quickly.I used the self check out, as that's pretty much the only way to cash out now. Check out was easy. And I was on my way.”

“I'm not a fan of Wally World but their package pickup area is a strong 4 stars. We ordered 2 kids' bikes for a Blue Santa event and I steeled myself for what I thought would be a poop show. Boy was I wrong. There was excellent signage directing me to their dedicated pickup area. I was directed to call them or download their App. I called and a very polite young man took my information and actually thanked me for my business. Within 10 minutes our bikes appeared and I was assisted in packing them into my car. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!”

“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”
