“I typically avoid Burlington like the plague. It’s usually a mess, service sucks, takes forever, and the merchandise is sub-par compared to the other discounters. I needed something specific today and went to three locations. 1 was ok, 1 was awful, and this one was great. It’s the only one of the three I would return to - and I found just what I was looking for. Store was well-kept, good merchandise, and the registers were well-run so it didn’t take forever to pay. For some reason the shoppers here tend to take to much stuff to the register, hem and haw, ask a bunch of questions and be confused - which makes buying something quickly out of the question. There was only one checker when I got in line. The customer proceeded to do all of that and the checker loudly said she needed to decide what to do because she had a line - basically keep it moving - in a nice way. Checker also immediately called for backup when the line formed, which promptly showed up. Also clean, new and well lit. Good experience. Apparently shopping at a Burlington for discounts doesn’t have to be painful!”

“Mgr. Dorotheo Morales did an amazing job with this store(1305) . He has tidied up this store and always welcomes customers. There are no more clothes and items all over the floor and very organized now. When customers walk in, they are greeted and very helpful. I have shopped other Rosses and discount stores and their name brand items are a very good deal here. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“While I do agree that my experience is my own, and do not want to take away from anyone else's foul experiences written about herein, I wanted to say something positive about the people in automotive. I have had many issues with this location concerning service. Many of those issues were due to problems on the IT side which many businesses could say these days if they cared to be honest about their poorly thought out budget planning. The online service for Walmart is poorly thought out and programmed. It causes many serious problems within the physical locations...such as the myth that when one purchases a battery through the online service that there is no core charge. IT's part in this seems to have been that the core charge through the online service doesn't reflect in a notable way following the online purchase. Therefore, if an employee were to view the transaction afterward, there wouldn't be a way to see the core charge as noted though I assumed it didn't need to be pointed out. All that said, I have seen the automotive department go above and beyond what even Walmart provides (sorry corporation that they are) in the way of customer care. The level of humanity and kindness exhibited by Janice, Joseph and Levi are very much appreciated by this customer. I would hope that Walmart would nurture and care for folks like these. They treated me with kindness, respect and as though family. That, at least is my experience. That is also why I have given five stars here. I am not giving them to Walmart which is a plague upon the world. These stars are for the human beings locked inside the powerful jaws of this machine known as Walmart.”

“The store has a good, fresh supply of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good variety of dairy product choices. The employees I spoke with to find products were very kind and helpful. As a Super Walmart, it has the regular departments of others: clothing, automotive, grocery, electronics, housewears, etc. I was surprised to see that this store also sells guns and ammunition. This is the first one I've visited that has this opportunity. I like that curbside pickup is available. It is very easy; I've had great service there.”

“I'm not a fan of Wally World but their package pickup area is a strong 4 stars. We ordered 2 kids' bikes for a Blue Santa event and I steeled myself for what I thought would be a poop show. Boy was I wrong. There was excellent signage directing me to their dedicated pickup area. I was directed to call them or download their App. I called and a very polite young man took my information and actually thanked me for my business. Within 10 minutes our bikes appeared and I was assisted in packing them into my car. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!”

“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”
“Great deals. I hadn’t been there in years, took my almost 15 year old who was looking for something specific but ended up with $300 worth of clothes and winter clothes. Went home and found we could order the Ugg slippers that were sold out in her size all over the greater Austin area and they were there for pickup the following day! Awesome!!”
