“I was measured for a wedding tux in Utah that I was supposed to pick up here in Austin. The pants were way too short and I needed a solution fast. JD working at this Lakeline location stepped up and found the only available pair in Austin that was my size and had it ready for my pick up the day before the wedding. JD was very professional and on top of everything. Ask for him if you come to this location”

“The staff was unattentive, seemed like they really didn't want to be there, and didn't do anything (check us out or get us a fitting room) without being flagged down. That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”

“I really like this store. There is a male and female side, and both have a variety of casual, work, and even some evening clothing. My favorite item I've ever found is a sexy black dress!The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look.As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.”

“Went into Hollister Co while shopping recently and came across a 50% sale going on, so we stopped in. THey had some nice trendy clothes including mens and womens wear, and some workout stuff, also along the back wall they had body sprays and lotions, we had someone wait on us, even though it was busy that day, so the staff seemed nice.”

“Came here to shop for some new shoes and was greeted and helped out by the most friendly and well mannered staff I have ever seen in a retail store. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, even when a young man was already grabbing me my shoes. I tried my shoes on and was happy but I wanted to check the finish line upstairs for pricing. Said I would be back but ended up coming back to Foot Locker since they had the better price. The employee that helped me out remembered me and my shoes and my size that he put back after I left so he was quick to bring them back out. They rang up even cheaper than the tag said they were on the shelf which was awesome. All in all a great visit.”

“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”
