“A friend asked me to go shopping with her at JC Penneys and I gladly accepted because I needed clothing. I found mostly what I was looking for and when I had questions about a piece of clothing the store associates were helpful and friendly. During checkout a store associate, Alice, was helpful when asked about promotions. She was friendly. I wished I would have written the names of the other 3 store associates who were helpful and friendly- thank you all for making my shopping experience great at this location.”

“I generally enjoy shopping at Marshals and its sister store, TJ Maxx. While I have found great deals on higher end products, it is the type of store that is generally hit or miss. I normally have great luck with beauty products, household items and purses and less luck in finding what I am looking for in the shoe and clothing sections. The store is generally busy and lines are typically long, the lines do move more frequently than you’d expect.”

“This is my go-to Walmart whenever I need something. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly, and the checkout lines move quickly. I also use Walmart+ Scan & Go, which is very easy and convenient because I don’t have to scan all of my items again at the register. I also use the online ordering and store pickup service, which makes shopping even more convenient. I always have a great experience shopping here!”

The Round Rock location has not been the greatest over the past couple of years (limited availability, messy store) but it has improved recently. I went today and it was clean, organized, and well stocked. I am happy for the improvement.”

“Typical Walmart ?. Almost took a star off because vs my usual one, it was dirty and overcrowded aisles. Some trash on the floor. But, this one I'm sure sees more traffic and employees seemed to be scarce, there is only so much overworked staff can do. Can't be in 2 places at once. Cashier was kind.”
“The HEB Pharmacy has great service and prices. The drive thru had two lanes which helps. I highly recommend paying online via their webpage or app. The prepay saves a lot of time. They also deliver medications now for a few which can be really worth it in a pinch.”

Sometimes the staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, while other times you’re barely acknowledged.
A simple hello or friendly interaction can make a big difference. I’d just like to see more consistent customer service.”
