“This is hands down the best Verizon store I’ve ever visited. I went to several other Verizon stores trying to get help with upgrading some phones and switching lines and met with dead ends / bad experiences. This one was out of my way, but they had great reviews so o took a chance and it was worth the drive! The team here went out of their way to find the best deal for me, help me get the new phone up, and spent a significant amount of time on the phone dealing with Verizon corporate just to ensure I got a discount that was not applying in the system. I will never go to another location. Thank you!!!!”

“I visited here the evening of when Att had their massive outage . 2 young men were working. One had just finished his shift at H-E-B and was still wearing a shirt. The other one was the manager. They had already had a long day due to all the Guests that had been calling and coming in upset about not having service. Didn’t stop them from handling my strange issue with courtesy and patience. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate their service and Crickets service in general. It’s always been a pleasure compared to using Verizon and AT&T for years. I don’t have to wait long to get help whenever I call and whenever I visit a store whether it be a Corporate cricket store, or a private owned. It’s obscene how much more affordable and the amazing coverage. I meant to review this visit last week, but it hasn’t slipped my mind how helpful and how grateful I am for the long time it took them to help me they even threw in a Sim card knowing that I couldn’t access my phone for payment it’s incredible. Don’t see much of it these days so thank you! I highly recommend visiting this location for new service and phone purchases.”

Rico was efficient while also providing quality service, even though he was the only employee in the store from about 9 am to 1 pm.
