“I just had my OnePlus 7T repaired at this shop and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. My port wasn't recognizing the charging wire, and the battery was completely dead but giving me only the battery error with "x" screen intermittently.I came in at just before 1pm and he was able to get my phone repaired same day. He even had it charged to 100% because I had fallen asleep. Great repair, looked over everything to make sure it was functional, and definitely purchased a new block plus cord too.I would highly recommend this shop and will be returning if I ever need anything repaired.”

“I normally find buying a new phone and porting everything over very stressful. And having my broken phone glitching out like it's haunted made the whole process about 1000x more difficult and lengthy. Nate K at this store was amazing through the process. Patient, friendly, and he was managing multiple issues at once, which I found impressive. I felt well-taken care of and Nate had great suggestions for me.Jay was the one to set me up on my first day in (I came in to replace my broken phone but the model I wanted wasn't in so they had to order it. We ordered it at 6 PM on a Tuesday and it arrived to the store by 12 PM that Thursday). He was also very friendly and helped me through the process of getting started on buying a new phone and walked me through the process of my plan change.Neither man made me feel like he was trying to upsell me or left me any kind of negative feeling whatsoever. They were both very easy to work with and I could tell they were good folks and experienced at what they did. For all my Verizon needs, this will be the store I visit :) Thanks gentlemen!”

Whomever the District Manager is this location should be an example to all of your other store locations for going above and beyond with their Customer Service. From the moment you enter to the time you leave very pleasant, professional, and polite. This is not the closest location for me but I will take the time to travel to be treated as a human and customer. The manager Cornelius a hidden jewel and obvious a joy to and an example of the staff that works slong side of him! Daniela exceptional customer service! “It's a new storefront and is rather large on the inside and kind of hidden in the corner of the Fiesta plaza. Clean, comfortable with chairs and benches to sit while you wait. The best part is there isn't much of a wait as they are so new. I came in to set up my nephew and niece's first cell phones and we were immediately taken care of with great service by Marisol and Ed. Ed is the manager and really knows what he is talking about, and was able to recommend the perfect speaker for me based on my needs and budget. I'd give this place 10/10 stars!”

“I normally don't give reviews be it good or bad service, however I was in such a bind and had such good service I feel the need to.The night before last I went to boost Mobile on airport drive and I barely got in under the wire before closing. I had an upgrade and a double swap with with my phones at closing. It's kind of equivalent to walking in 20 minutes before closing in a restaurant with an eight top.Andrea was working and honestly she helped me out so much I tried to scoop her to come be our cashier at Volvo. Great customer service. Andrea was knowledgeable and efficient.I haven't always had the best experience at this particular store, however, his made up for it all.If you keep hiring and retaining employees such as Andrea, it'll definitely be a game changer in what separates boost Mobile from the other prepaid cell companies.Thanks”
