“I've got to say, I've been to a few other att stores and have run into some very rude and very condescending employees. But Melina and Regina at the att store off Palm Valley (79) were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly polite and patient even though I had no clue what I was doing. They walked me through upgrading my phone and explained in detail what was happening. I would give them more stars if I could but I guess 5 will have to do. Thank you both for a great experience and I truly hope management and/or leadership sees this review. What started off as a frustrating day turned out to be a pleasant experience and a great morning. Thank you.”

“We went into this location for new phones (Christmas gifts). Our representative was Ana. She was amazing. Sandra held the fort down while Ana was occupied with us (We took a lot of Ana's time).
