“Not only was each technician professional, they were respectful. I came in for an oil change. One of the guys saw a safety lug nut was missing. When I saw I could purchase it close by, they said to go get it and they would put it on for me. Nicest people in town.”

They also do electrical repairs, filter changes, and rotate tires.
Walk ins are okay too. You'll wait a bit longer that way.”

“Friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile. First, this is one of the only places in town that seems to change headlights or brake lights, and they did it for a very reasonable cost, around $100 cheaper than another place I tried. Secondly, when I came there for a brake light change one day, AJ actually took me on even though it was almost closing, and he did my state inspection, brake light change, and oil change, all in one shot for a very reasonable price and very quickly. When I go they are friendly both to me and to my dog who often accompanies me.”

Also found their oil prices below the market and their add on services like rear differential service way below. Jeep charges $400 and they charged $119.

“I will always come here. But, I came in for an Inspection. Gave my phone number. They told me 45 minutes and we will call you when it's done. Got picked up from a Family Member and, went to go do errands. Over a hour plus..Never got a Call when it was done. Checked in 2 hours later. It was done.But, then waited another 30 minutes to get checked out. I know that this Company is Top Notch! I just might have hit them up on a bad day. We all have them. I will still come back again. If it continues...Then, I will Rethink about coming back.”
“We've been using Lamb's for years for both of our vehicles. I've never met a staff that's so welcoming, informative, and willing to work with you. They look out for us with warranty coverage and try to help make sure our vehicles are safe for the road and helping reduce the cost out of pocket where they can. Even when we're on road trips they've found ways to help us if we need it. I would, and do, highly recommend them to anyone. Especially the Cedar Park location on Whitestone.”
“Service was done in a timely manner. Many technical details about service were provided along with receipt. One example of a technical detail shared was reporting the oil plug was stripped and the oil was extracted by vacuum.”

“I am overjoyed with the outcome of my vehicle. I had problems with my steering wheel shaking after exceeding 60mph. I went to multiple big name brands with no solutions. I finally tried Lambs Tire and after checking everything that could be the problem, they narrowed it down to bad tire balancing. Tires were properly balanced and no more issues. They will now be my Tire source.”
“I took my 2016 Honda Odyssey. They charged about $126 for a full synthetic oil change. It was a super fast process, so huge time saved. I did not have to pre schedule as walk ins worked. They were nice and did not try to upsell me on anything besides the cabin air filter, which I believe needs to be replaced in Austin's pollen rich environment.”

“I really should have gone to these guys first. I swore off Jiffy Lube over a decade ago, would still never take my car to them for anything maintenance wise, but it's Sunday so everyone's closed and I made an exception for a simple state inspection. After all, what damage could they do with an inspection. I have a 3 year old car, 35k miles, and JL tried to tell me my gas cap was faulty, with no damage to the cap itself, she just couldnt seat it 5 times. Got defensive saying she had done 20 other inspections today, and immediately referred me to the nearby Auto Zone for a new one. Red flags immediately said: this lady has a friend at Auto Zone & this is a likely a scam.
I took it to these guys at Oil Changers & Repair for a 2nd opinion, because the worst that happens is I fail a reinspection and Im still out only $15 for a new cap.
Sure enough, I passed inspection in less than 5 minutes. We talked about the gas cap situation. They showed me it was fine. We all took turns taking it off and resealing it.
Emissions showed no leak after all, and I passed without issue.
Antonio & Daryl were professional, up front, and let me stay in my car while they ran the test so I could see everything. I will definitely be using them again for future inspections! Thank you guys!!”
“I went first thing on Saturday morning. I got there a little before opening bc the employee who answered my previous call let me know there's usually a line. I was first up and they got my oil changed quick and got me on my way.”
“They hire such great people here. Went in for tires and an oil change on a new-to-me car. Left and there was an intermittent noise after changing the tires. They looked at it, found it was the wheel cover hitting the tires that weren't as bald as the previous tires. They fixed it in 10 minutes...not even an issue with my tire. Amazing customer service experience. Thank you Bobby, Crystal, and the whole team.”

“Deven was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sadly he was the only tech available and I needed my tires rotated and balanced. Oil changes are priority (not sure if it's this location or all Walmarts) so I couldn't stay. Deven helped me on a previous visit too, though, so I hope management knows how awesome he is.
