Oil Change near Leander, TX

“This mid morning around 11-1130am on 2-28-2024 I came into shop to get routine oil change on my 2011 Toyota Camry , immediately V and Rhonda , sorry if I misspelled it , but they both greeted me respectfully and all while taking care of my car , never once got distracted from what had to be done all while keeping conversation with me - the time I was there didn’t seem long at all , I appreciate those 2 for doing a job well done, and also if you could pass this on to the manager if he was the manager that is , or who ever was in the back office eating - here’s a side note, sometimes to be a leader you have to help others, rather than get annoyed when they need your assistance if something isn’t happening not once but twice , sometimes it’s actually a issue and not a human error - so be respectful of the people “ under” you cause remember , everyone is a number so don’t get delusional that your not , iYou can be replace too if you continue being the way you are , if you were my team lead or manger on site whatever you’d be fired or demoted yesterday , sad to see what I witnessed , both v and Rhonda were busy helping me and you allowed the phone to ring over and over until one of them “ the only 2 people helping me” stopped doing what they were doing to answer it so you were not inconvenienced , so not only did you do that but now I was inconvenienced because of your lack of answering the phone specially if it rings more than 3 times , obviously others are busy and you just let it ring - ahhh very unprofessional , I’d love to know your name - and also hear about your explanation of how you got your role in the first place - maybe you were good at your job at one time when you began your journey but as of what I saw today - ur lazy and your comfortable and I saw nothing from you in that little time- just frustrattion from ur co workers cause of ur piss sass attitude - also I recognized you find it difficult to help people around you all while having the attitude, your not pleasant I would not want you as my mentor , just was not good, obviously no one has stepped up to say anything cause ur still in the back right now eating and doing nothing - ur a burden , you need a performance check as soon as possible. Im sorry that im not sorry for speaking what i saw in such little time , im still in Awh , sorry to take distraction away from v and Rhonda , I’m very appreciative of both for being personable , respectful , thorough and informed me what was done and what I should for next time, keep being great , cause yall are the reason I continue a VIP customer- Joe ( Leander resident )”

“For more than a decade I went to the same auto service business seeing the exact man that held great values. His integrity, principles, honesty, and comfort were things that are not easily provided. The owner of the business retired and is very well deserved. Unfortunately, for me that meant I needed to seek my next servicing company that provided at the least a fraction of what I greatly missed. This was proven to be a task until one fateful day I encountered Leander Lube Express in need of a transmission flush. I also required windshield wipers replacements, something I did not share but he took the time to notice. Thank you, kind sir. I can see through the windshield now when it rains or I happen to hit a few bugs whilst driving. Today I required an oil change and today is the day I confirmed that I had found my new auto servicing company after utilizing many different ones. The staffing was exceptional! The honesty, genuinity, integrity, kindness, and comfort has once again been found. I wasn't incoming revenue for the business. I was a several minutes of conversation getting to know the folks servicing my auto with whole lives. Thank you for that and thank you for your services. “Went in this morning without an appointment for an oil change. I was greeted at the bay entry in mere seconds. The employees are very professional and quick. And it took about 20 minutes without any hassles to get it done. I don't live within the area, but when I am, I know that I can depend on them.January 30, 2024:For financial reasons, when my filthy air filter was brought to my attention yesterday morning, I denied replacement. To only go back this morning to get it replaced. I arrived at 8:20am and it was done by 8:39am mind you we were talking a lot being a brain cancer survivor and a former personal trainer and keynote motivational speaker for national health and fitness events.Today, at this location, Jiffy Lube gained a permanent customer simply because of their outstanding professionalism, caring and detailed work, and quick to get you out with our daily hectic schedules.”

“I took my truck to three other shops to have it checked out and just didn't feel right about it. I brought it to Lambs and the manager Michael immediately brought it in to do a quick check out of everything, and in 20 minutes had an overview of what was wrong and a price. I felt everything that he was showing me was actually what was wrong with my truck unlike the other shops who I felt like were padding the estimate. The price was also thousands below the other shops. I brought my truck in on Thursday at 4ish it was ready by Friday afternoon, had a whole front end rebuild and additional work. Took it out for a drive before I paid for it and everything was better than expected! From this point forward I will have nobody else work on my truck except these guys. I highly recommend Michael and his staff!”

“I'd had some poor experiences at other Jiffy Lube locations in the past, to the point where I'd actually avoid any Jiffy Lube in general. I reluctantly stopped by this one when my normal oil change spot was too busy, and I am glad I did. Felt compelled to write this review because the woman who worked there (I didn't get her name) who helped me out was great. She was super knowledgeable, gave me quick and transparent updates during my service, and I really appreciated her friendly and upbeat customer approach as well. Much different than what I'm used to at tune up shops! And I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. It was enough to make me return here for my future oil changes and tuneups. “I had such a good experience with them fixing my brake system.I bled my own brake fluid and introduced some air into the system, so I decided to ask pro to fix the issue.It was a rainy day, so I was able to get the appointment setup at the same day, and they got it fixed in an hour.The price was reasonable and most importantly they fixed what I messed up.They told me rotor is getting bad in shape but didn't try to upsell me anything.They have free wifi, and have a big window toward the working area, so you can see people working on your car.”
