They could have easily sold him a new battery but instead just charged it up and let him know it was still a good battery. Car just hasn’t been run in a while. “I had an exhaust issue that made my 2020 Buick Enclave sound like a tractor. Took it in to Lambs around 10:30 in the morning yesterday, they diagnosed the issue of a hole in my exhaust pipe within 15 minutes and showed me a photo of it. Will said they could order the parts and have it ready in the afternoon. I was surprised they could repair it that quickly, but I received a call around 2:30 that my vehicle was ready. I'm very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend them. They have definitely earned my business going forward.”
