“James at Frieze Automotive was incredibly transparent and professional. He gave us a very clear assessment, options, and possible next steps. He was understanding and flexible as we discussed how we wanted to move forward. Our experience has been seamless, the cost has been MORE than fair, and we will continue to be repeat customers!”
“Traveling with 16 foot cargo trailer. Had brake and tire issues but they worked me into their schedule and got me back on the road. Thanks to the crew at Fabcon”
“As always, impeccable service! Thank you all for all you do for us. You always go above and beyond with your service. We have used Fabon for our business and personal items for years. I highly recommend Fabcon!!”
“I had a great experience at this Goodyear store. I came in with a flat tire just 30 minutes before closing, and the team still took care of me without hesitation. They quickly resolved the issue and even stayed about 30 minutes past closing to make sure everything was handled properly. That level of service and dedication is rare. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommended. Thank you Mark and team!”
“Cannot recommend this location any higher. I have been to numerous Discount Tire locations across the country for several cars. I am a repeat, loyal customer, but this Leander, TX location exceeds service expectations.
My first service with them about two weeks ago, they pretty much stayed on schedule with my appointment time and switched my all season tires for high performance summer tires in less than thirty minutes at a reasonable price.
I recently had an emergency moderate leak. I have very high end summer performance tires. I did not have an appointment, but I showed up about twenty minutes before they opened. They greeted me at the door about 15 minutes before scheduled opening, evaluated my car and pulled it in immediately for service. Parker advised me rather quickly of the good news that they could repair the $475.00 tire, and I was driving away from discount tire at 8:05 a.m. when they opened at 8:00 a.m.
Parker was professional and genuinely sensitive to my situation, and unbelievably attentive. This was not normal service from a tire service and repair business. As noted, i have been loyal to Discount Tire Company and have given them a lot of business. But this recent service from the Leander, TX location has been extraordinary.”
“Shawn & Cody were very helpful & friendly in assisting me to the best option for my daughter’s car that had a blown tire & 3 worn out tires. I was calling from Houston, my daughter was in Leander. My daughter was very happy when she got her car back w/ 4 new tires. I highly recommend Firestone Leander for all auto needs. Thank you Shawn & Cody, made the transaction over the phone, very easy.”

“Needed my AC was fixed. They did it extremely quickly but whenever I left, the next week it didn't work again. I ended up taking it back and they fixed everything for free. They even worked after hours in order to get it done because I needed my car the next day. Great experience”
