“I first took my 2004 Lexus RX330 to Bearden Automotive in March 2016 for a routine 5K mile oil change and check-up. Because Bearden has professional mechanics who work on Toyota, Lexus, and Scion vehicles, I was comfortable taking the car there rather than to the dealership. The cost of the oil change and check-up was much less than it would have been at the dealership.
Since then, Bearden has become my “one and only” shop for routine maintenance as well as all repairs - small or large. When I take the car in with a problem, they diagnose the issue, explain what needs to be done, how long the repair will take, and the total cost. If there is more than one repair option, they fully explain the differences and provide the cost of each one. There are no unhappy surprises.
My Lexus is now at 172K miles and is still peppy and purrs like a kitten. Josh and Albert are professional and welcoming. Believe all of the 5-star reviews.”

““Today after being involved in a wreck far from home, we were scared, stressed, and unsure what to do. Gram went above and beyond for us in every way possible. He didn’t just tow our vehicle and leave us stranded. He took us to a rental car place to try to help us get transportation, and when that didn’t work out, he kindly took us to drop our daughter off and then even gave us a ride to McDonald’s so we wouldn’t be stuck in the middle of nowhere, over 2 hours from home.
In a really hard and overwhelming situation, Gram showed so much kindness, patience, and compassion. He truly cared about helping us and making sure we were okay.
