“Excellent vet! I took my doggos here to get bloodwork and heartworm tests done. We were in and out really quick and the prices were super affordable. I was surprised the doctor didn't even put the muzzle on my 125lb tamaskan to draw blood. He's the sweetest boy, but woolfy looking and people often feel intimidated, especially because he gets nervous at the vet. But the doctor knew exactly what he was doing and it only took a second, then my furbabies got lots of love and treatos :) Will definitely be coming back here.”
“My husband took our hurt pup in on very short notice. His first time ever taking a pet to the veterinary hospital. He was so impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was and how clean the facility was. They treated our pet with the upmost care and detail and made my husband feel comforted and well cared for. Dr Schmidt was awesome and held my husband’s hand through the whole visit. “Everything was exceptional! From the very first greeting, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The vet tech took all the time in the world with us and my dog loved her. She answered my 423 questions about meds for heartworm, fleas, and ticks with patience and many options.
The vet was so sweet with my pup, who got nervous. The vet sat on the floor with my dog and gave my dog time to get comfortable. Then she took her time diagnosing the problem. As far as treatment, she didn’t try to throw the entire kitchen sink at my dog‘s ear problem even though I opened the door to it. I was very motivated to find relief for this pup, who is new to me. The vet offered options and gave her suggestion. After some discussion, I followed her suggestion and my pup already has relief.
By following the vet’s suggestion, we did not need to overtreat my pup or overcharge me.
That alone is a different experience than I’ve had in a long time. Speaking of the bill, it was about half of what I was expecting, and it included six months of heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
I knew there had to be a better veterinary option than the one I was going to I’m so glad I found it! The last three vets I’ve used seemed more interested in having the fanciest office and charging a ton. I’m glad to have found a quality, grounded practice.”

“We noticed that our oldest dog was having some teeth issues and a horrible cough. So we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Moon. The whole process was so easy. They used text message to communicate with you and you can just fill out your forms online before your appointment. Upon arrival, I texted them that I was here and they texted and let me know that they were ready for me. When we got inside, we were walked to a private room that was very comfortable for my dog and myself. Our Veterinary Tech, Meagan, was so amazing and sweet. She made us feel right at home. During our check in and my dog was even comfortable with her. And she's usually very anxious. Dr. Moon and her team examined my dog in the room and was able to quickly diagnose what was going on. She needed x-rays and blood work and that was completed very quickly. I'm so pleased with my experience at Vet365 and I'm so glad I brought my dog here. She got the best care and the overall process was super quick!”

I was impressed with the staff, Ray the technician and Dr. House. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, as are the people.
My youngest was set up for neutering in two days. He did great during and after surgery. Excellent patient care all the way around.

“I am so pleased we were referred to the Cat Hospital by my sitter. When I moved to Austin, I opted for Allandale Vet Clinic bc it was closer. We had a horribly traumatic visit and left immediately. In retrospect, I’m grateful for that because so far 2 have been misdiagnosed by Allandale. The level of care the Cat Hospital provides has been such a relief for our household of 3 senior kitties. It is obvious that they, too, are cat lovers in the way they handle the kitties. Additionally, I work and have a business- they’ve been extremely kind and understanding re: appointments, schedules, and drop-offs. One of the best features is that they’re available by text. This makes my life so much easier as we manage care.”

They understood that this wasn’t simply saying goodbye to a pet. Skippy was family. The staff never rushed us, gave us the time we needed, and handled everything with such gentleness and respect. Their compassion made an unimaginably painful experience a little easier to bear.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone at VCA Lakeline for taking such good care of Skippy and for taking care of us when we needed it most. The kindness they showed our family is something we will never forget.

Setting the appointment was quick and easy (new client), grounds were easy to navigate with our large dually and 40ft horse trailer, facilities were clean and perfect to accommodate our scared equine, staff was easy to work with and very professional. “Dr. Hardy and her vet tech were absolutely amazing with my dog, Nahla. As a large breed dog, Nahla can sometimes be nervous and uncomfortable during vet visits, but this was by far the most relaxed and comfortable she has ever been. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate, taking the time to make sure she felt safe and cared for every step of the way.

“Amazing reptile vet. Dr Cox is so kind and informative! Really pleased with the services here. Financial info: We treated my beardie everyday for a week and then I took her back in for a follow up. First visit was $200 for a bunch of things that they tested her with and injections and eye drops for me to take home. Follow up visit was $180 for the follow up and blood work. I feel very safe having a plan going forward with my beardie and trust she is in good hands. Dr Cox also does a great job running down all of the specific charges and explaining what they were for!”

They even offered to prescribe an Rx instead of purchasing the prescription at their office which would have costed significantly more. They care about what’s best for my pet and my wallet.
