“The lady explained that the gas was turned on,but the pump does things backwards at this station. You first press that you want a receipt,even though you already got a receipt by paying at the window. After you get your receipt,it will start pumping your gas. Strange sytem,I rather go to the ones you get to pump right after you pay,instead of dealing with getting another receipt,just so it can start to pump gas.”
“They have 2 locations. I'd been to the New Braunfels store many times, but this was my first visit to the one in Pleasanton. It was smaller but very clean and well stocked. I bought pinwheel steaks, a rack of baby back ribs, and some beef and chili hot dogs. All were delicious! I let the knowledgeable young man behind the counter select the best of each for me. I'll go back whenever I'm in the area!”
“Been to at least a dozen HEBs...since this one services numerous small towns, it is not quite up to the standards and selections I've been accustomed to in San Antonio. Needs to be BIGGER and BETTER! That being said....great customer service by employees and fresh food is definitely up to par.”
“I can not say enough good things about KIM the manager at the pharmacy here in Pleasanton! I have a chronically ill child, and she has gone above and beyond to help me manage his medications. He is on 27 a day, and that gets overwhelming for me to keep up with, she literally goes out of her way to help me manage them! Also we have had our share of issues over the years with meds and she always finds a solution to the problem quickly! Saves me on stress. Could not be more grateful for her help.”

“Love the owners, Ali & Carmen are good people. They are always nice to every customer that enters their store. Once you get to know them and become a regular they treat you like family. Another thing I like is that if they don't stock a certain product you are shopping for just let them know and they will do their best to have it in the future... it all depends on what you are looking for.”

“It is the only gas station and convenience store closest to us otherwise we would have to go all the way into town to get anything so we really cannot be dogging on this establishment even though it is a little overpriced but I never came across any bad attitude or poor customer service”
“Place e is always clean. The laundry is awsome. Clean, plenty of washers and prices are good . The people that work in the laundry part are very nice and helpful. Just wish they were 24 hours .”

“Truck driver here. This Walmart is always busy but fully stocked. Great employees and always helpful. The pickup department is also wonderful, even though they seem undersstaffed. I go out of my way to shop at this Walmart”
“When you get to Walmart it’s always for one specific item and I always buy more than one. Walmart has it all for our home auto and work. Good staff great customer service.”
