“Great customer service!!! This location has to be the best office max that I've been to thus far. The staff there are amazing, and I specifically want to thank Janelle and Joanna for their exceptional customer service, friendliness and knowledge.Me and my husband have been constantly going back and forth to many different office max's in quest of getting the perfect prints for my husband.We literally spent almost an hour in office max trying to print everything we needed and Janelle was so patient and so kind, and even helped us better size the prints for our frames.Joanna was just as patient and kind as well and even gave me further recommendations and idea for our prints.Even though in my opinion, this is the best office max I've been to thus far, I still would have to give this location a four out of five stars because of a certain staff member. When I went to get more prints done from my husband I was attended by an employee name John P., who was extremely rude and unprofessional and it was very apparent that I caught him at the time where he was almost off his shift. Not only did he misquoted me the wrong price because he didn't want to check it on the computer, he also said I would be charge just for a sample print. I was so displeased with his service that I waited for the next staff member, which was Joanna, because John was unprofessional.All in all, I still have to say that my experience at this office max is still by far the best, and I highly recommend Janelle and Joanna.”

“My 8 month old tv had a sensor issue. After troubleshooting with Samsung for over an hour they reluctantly agreed to send a technician since I was still within warranty. It was late Friday so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. Nope! PJ called me the next morning, I realized that he's about 2.5 hours away but he said he'd be in town the following Friday. I explained what was happen and he diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part he needed. Sure enough PJ showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. Took him about 30 mins from start to finish. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! Thank you PJ!”

“Anytime we need any electronics, such as large T.V,s, sound systems, and sonos. We buy it through Best Buy. We have the warranty packet, so anytime we buy something they connected it here at the house, no charge. This time we bought a 65" TV for the outdoor patio. Best Buy had a contractor Peter, deliver it, and mounted it on the outside patio wall. He was the best. So professional and down to earth. He completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Cleaned up and made sure the TV was connected through the system. You can never go wrong with Best Buy service...... 5 Star here”

“My daughter needed to get her phone repaired on Saturday. She was offered two options 1. Leave the phone and pick it up after repair on the following Tuesday. Option 2 was to take it home and come back Tuesday for a 1 hour repair while she waited. My daughter chose the ladder. So Tuesday came and we arrived around 6 PM only to be told that we would need to leave the phone and pick it up the next day. We were confused because this was not what we were told. Apparently, the later you come, the more the odds are, you will be waiting a lot more than just an hour. We were frustrated because we don’t live close and we had to take time off of work and school to get there. Tony was gracious enough to figure out a way to get us the phone within an hour and a half before closing time. His customer service skills as a manager are wonderful. Thank you Tony for restoring my faith in humanity. That day we were having a really toxic day and he changed it all for us. You made our day!”

I ordered the classic burger with cheese and fries and they’re special right now they give you a drink and 10 of their new chicken wings they’re more like chicken nuggets. The burger was Little but the taste was outstanding really really good taste fresh vegetables your fries were good and the chicken wings were OK.”
