“The employees at this store were so easy to work with. I had a banner printed here and they helped me with the resolution so that everything came out clear. I drove in from out of town for a convention and was super nervous because an employee at the Office Depot in Mckinney was not friendly or accommodating at all. It is nice to see that some stores still focus on customer service.”
“This was my first visit. The young lady that helped me was very nice. I don't know much about printing from my phone, so she helped me. I offered to tip her, but she refused the tip. I don't think that's right. i'm a senior and when we don't know something and the younger ones help us, they should be compensated. That's not favoritism. That's appreciation. This rule needs to be appealed. I will always take my copy/printing work to this location and refer others.”

“I had an amazing experience thanks to Jacob, the assistant manager at Office Depot. I was in a rush and only had a limited amount of money with me, and my total ended up being more than I expected. Jacob went out of his way to help me by price-matching my items and lowering my total so I could get everything I needed. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but I’m super grateful he did. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend him—he’s doing a great job.”

“Purchased a Scriveiner Copper Pocket Fountain Pen. I wish there was more of a selection and ink cartridge options. At another location i purchased a Waterman Allure fountain pen but none of the locations carry cartridges which doesn't make sense. I noticed they do carry Scriveiner cartridges so i purchased this pen and it's great. The staff, although nervous to let me see the pen in the open box were still very helpful.”

“Paper. Lots of it. I needed a ream of baby blue paper and they had it. I wanted it in bulk to make origami bunnies (conejos en Español). ??Quick. Zero wait. I was able to use Google Pay. Glad I could as I'd left my wallet in my car. They do not stoop to selling paper cutters. They stay in their lane. As of now Google Maps takes you to the back of the nondescript building of brown with a thick grey stripe. Better to approach from the street in the address and hunt in that industrial complex for that same building. I sent an edit in.”

“I believe the term used is "sheeeeesh."I received great service, was greeted immediately upon entry. Was helped by numerous staff members and was provided with a handful of options. I'm a rewards member which is a nice way to save money every now and again. I came in for something mostly easy to accomplish at their office work station and there was virtually no wait.Obviously certain times of the day will be easier to handle than others, just plan accordingly.There was ample parking and the place had everything I was looking for.”
“Went to pick up a printing order, which the sales clerks could not find. The two sales clerks behind the printing counter worked fervently to locate my order. I am SO grateful for their commitment to customer satiation and service as reprinting documents would have been a hassle (on my end.)It would have been so easy on their end, however, to just offer a refund and an apology. It was as if that simply was not an option for them…... It is SOO refreshing to experience hard work and loyalty to customers as opposed to the norm nowadays which is laziness and complacency.
