“Went to pick up a printing order, which the sales clerks could not find. The two sales clerks behind the printing counter worked fervently to locate my order. I am SO grateful for their commitment to customer satiation and service as reprinting documents would have been a hassle (on my end.)It would have been so easy on their end, however, to just offer a refund and an apology. It was as if that simply was not an option for them…... It is SOO refreshing to experience hard work and loyalty to customers as opposed to the norm nowadays which is laziness and complacency. Thank you Bandera rd. Office Depot!”

She helped us with printing, making sure the pages we needed were in order and was so helpful and patient the whole time! She provided us with a great discount too- she made a stressful situation so easy and flawless! We walked out of the store with all of our programs folded and stapled within 30 minutes. Thank you!”

“I had a rough day today. Already stressed at work, I went to change the ink in my printer and the brand new toner busted and spread ink all over the place. I figured both the drum and cartridge were toast, which would set me back somewhere around $300. By the time I reached the register here I was fuming mad. The two employees at the front desk were extremely patient and helpful with me. I'm sure I acted like a jerk in the beginning of that interaction, but thanks to the staff I was laughing by the end of it. I ended up not needing to buy a drum, which was a huge relief as that is the more expensive item. The staff here made my day a little better and I just wanted to write this to say thank you for that.”

“I recently visited this OfficeMax to inquire about printing business cards, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employee at the printing center (ANGIELINA-print associate) was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I asked several questions about the printing process, but she never made an effort to acknowledge me—she didn’t look up even once while I was speaking. When I politely asked if she could please make eye contact, she became visibly upset and stated she was "really busy editing" and turned her computer for me to see all her work.

I was disappointed by her response and the lack of attention I received. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for her, and this made me feel completely ignored, as though my business didn’t matter. I don't believe someone with such a poor attitude and lack of engagement should be in a role where they interact with customers.

I almost took my business somewhere else, but thanks to Hannah, who was so pleasant while answering my questions. She was so helpful and assisted me in ordering ny business cards .

Legendary a few decades ago, the Xerox is starting to wane (not Garth, wane) and fade into insignificance, but this company still has nice digs here in San Antonio, and the new building in which they have a ton of office space is pretty impressive. They've definitely helped our lives out over the years so good job to them.”

“I believe the term used is "sheeeeesh."I received great service, was greeted immediately upon entry. Was helped by numerous staff members and was provided with a handful of options. I'm a rewards member which is a nice way to save money every now and again. I came in for something mostly easy to accomplish at their office work station and there was virtually no wait.Obviously certain times of the day will be easier to handle than others, just plan accordingly.There was ample parking and the place had everything I was looking for.”
