“Dee and Rob are very valuable to this company they make everyone feel like they’re in the show. Cheers where everybody knows your name. And this day and age customer service is not always like that but there are some exceptions and I can name them at all the places I go to because I go there because of the exceptional customer service like I get here at Cube Smart your company is very very lucky to have two wonderful people who do their job who connect with their customer and care about what happens to their customers, we are living in a time where everything is going up and people are having a difficult time keeping their homes having to downsize and they’re having to put their stuff in storage more than ever. It is so important to have that customer service and those connections and make sure people don’t lose their things while they’re in the process of figuring things out. It’s a shame when people have to lose everything they’ve ever worked for because our economy has gone crazy people now have to work harder than ever just to meet especially if they have children so again, like I said, customer service matters how you treat your customer matters how you treat each other matters Jesus said that we are to love one another as we love ourselves we are to give kindness to ourselves and to others, we are to have integrity, respect and dignity towards others as we do the same for ourselves. Everything comes back to you what you give out and these two definitely have put a lot of great love and joy in the world and trust so grateful for all that they’ve done for me for moving from one storage to another while I figure out my new normal. I truly do believe The and Rob deserve a raise and there’s also another young lady in the office. I don’t know her name, but she is very sweet. I’ve only talked to her on a couple occasions, but she’s extraordinarily kind. I’ll have to ask her her name next time I go in there because I didn’t ask her her name and that’s on me because it was a quick in and out. I have my aunts Google account on my phone so it’s using her name but my name is actually Jacqueline.Spaulding in the last three days. I just moved from inside storage unit to outside storage unit.”
