“Tower Bay Lofts provides a great atmosphere for home on the lake in apartment style! The staff does its best to address the needs of tenants. I had a great experience working with Erin to view a few units and she helped me narrow it down to the most suitable home for me and my dog. She was very efficient and thorough in getting my approval processed and had me ready to get moved in no time! Erin has a very welcoming personality and is incredibly positive when dealing with potential and now current tenants!”

“I’ve lived here for almost a year now. I’ve only had minor maintenance issues and they have all been fixed promptly. The walls/floor are kind of thin, so we can hear neighbors. But most are respectful and fine, so it has not been a big issue personally. The pond walk is nice. The pool is nice in the summer. Close to grocery stores and the highway. Grandscape is close and fun. The gate sometimes has issues (especially the middle one), but again, not that big of a deal most of the time. It feels very safe.”
