“I have been living here for almost a year now and love it. Complex is peaceful, safe, and quiet. Cleanliness, safety, civility are maintained. I recently brought up an issue and once I communicated that issue to the property manager, Roniquia Nicholas, she immediately took care of the issue.
This apartment community is for well behaved civil people. Anything that disturbs the peace or the cleanliness of the establishment WILL NOT be tolerated. I believe this apartment complex and staff pride themselves on a well maintained, professional, and peaceful community. I take pride in it as well. The rent due every month is happily paid.”

He’s also very welcoming really great maintenance supervisor could count on him for any sort of work order that I need to be done! :)”
“Tower Bay Lofts provides a great atmosphere for home on the lake in apartment style! The staff does its best to address the needs of tenants. I had a great experience working with Erin to view a few units and she helped me narrow it down to the most suitable home for me and my dog. She was very efficient and thorough in getting my approval processed and had me ready to get moved in no time! Erin has a very welcoming personality and is incredibly positive when dealing with potential and now current tenants!”

“Overall liked living here. Kristi always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and recognized me around the complex. The staff was always friendly and made sure that their residents felt comfortable. This included David and Allison who made the move out process simple. We only moved out because we bought a house. Loved the pool, bar, and gym. Maintenance always answered quickly for us. Some downsides include the elevator and front gate always breaking like most apartment complexes, thin walls, and people often not cleaning up after their pets around the complex. I overall would and have recommended the complex to my friends.”

I will be renewing my lease for the 3rd time comming this may. For aslong as Ms. Kaylynn is in office she will always have me as a tenant!”

This community is very attentive, always making sure to keep us updated with events, I have not had a lot of maintenance requests but the few times I have they always follow up in a timely manner. I love it here !”
