“Despite the people who apparently can't read arrows, it's usually a quick place to grab the cheapest gas in town..and it's quality is acceptable...I haven't had any injector or fuel filter problems like other cheap stations' gas have caused me.”

I would like to share with you my latest experience at your local Costco in Lewisville, TX.
On Monday, May 12th, I picked up the cake I ordered from your bakery department. I was so excited to see the final product and long behold it looked like a kid’s birthday cake. Mind you this cake is for a bridal shower we had the next day for a coworker. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier had mentioned everything good, and I said no I’m not happy with the cake it’s suppose to be for a bridal shower. She immediately got the manager. He reached out to another manager that so happened to be the former Bakery Manager for 18 years. I hit the jackpot! ? Scott immediately took over and we went back to the bakery and he wanted to make this right for me. He asked me colors, how many roses, what I wanted to write on the cake, just made it all right for me. He had such a great attitude and he seemed like he was really enjoying the moment. It seems that those 18 years in the bakery just came back with such ease to him.
I have been a member since 2006, I wanted you to know that my love for Costco just got bigger!! Thank you Scott, Costco employees and the GREAT customer service!!”
“The prices for gasoline have been dropping so was good price Monday, but not today. But, Kroger usually has lowest prices outside of Sam's Club and PriceCo.Would have been nice if had restroom.In one review they complain about Sales people hassling them.But I found this problem even at 7:11 and Racetrack.. This seems like One of the hassles of life.”

“I do like coming to this store. 1) it is closest to home. 2) this location has recently remodeled. 3) the night clerk doesn’t understand much of what I say outside of store clerk business, but he is always so nice and will go out of his way to understand me. 4) employees seem to enjoy working here, there’s not a lot of turnover happening.”

“The drinks are sometimes really cold, other times they're like barely below room temperature. Not sure if their refrigeration system is jacked up or if they set it that way to save $$,.
paying $2.50/gallon in gas is ok, but when you're essentially paying $32/gallon for Monster. I expect it to be cold.
Staff is really friendly though.”

“I go here for the 7-11 since I do not own a car and don't go for gas. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. A good selection of many food items and snacks. They always have their drink, coffee and slurpee machines working. Good for late night snack attacks.”

“It was a gas station. I paid at the pump and got my own gas, which they had. The trash cans were a bit farther than I like but they did have them. The gas was the same price as the other stations around.”
“There place is older but the staff are so friendly and smile a lot. I am a sales woman who drives all over the metroplex and I love stopping here! (The bathrooms are older BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS CLEAN! )”

“I meet up here for motorcycle rides, it's the perfect place for that sort of thing. Lots of parking and the store has a little bit of everything you would ever need on a motorcycle ride. Here's the big plus about this place. I was at the pump about to get some gas and my credit card got stuck in the reader. I went in and told the man behind the counter and he came right out to take care of it. He had to be one of the most polite and considerate people I have ever meet. He asked if I could use another pump as he was going to put a out of order sign on that one till someone can figure out what was going on with it. It's real hard to find someone who does their job with pride in their work. When I do run in to the very few I make sure I mention it. This man is gold to anything he does in life.”

“When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.”

“Restrooms were not in service which was a bummer because we were traveling from out of town, but the gentleman that was working was very kind and obviously a hard worker and super helpful as we stopped here to rent a uhaul (picking up furniture from Nebraska Furniture Mart) and he had us in and out of there quickly.”
