“I visited a few weeks ago because of an issue with my bill. The problem had been caused by an online salesperson. To resolve it, I had spoken with online support agents, visited other stores, and met with various staff members, but right up until the end, no one was able to fix it—I was simply told that I would have to take the matter elsewhere.
