Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!”

There was never a time where Aerowave didn't meet our radio needs and they were prompt to fix any mistake on their occasional occurrence. “I visited a few weeks ago because of an issue with my bill. The problem had been caused by an online salesperson. To resolve it, I had spoken with online support agents, visited other stores, and met with various staff members, but right up until the end, no one was able to fix it—I was simply told that I would have to take the matter elsewhere.
