“Kristen literally saved my day. I arrived at her Verizon store at Vista ridge , in tears, thinking my phone battery had destroyed my phone. I had several transactions hanging on my return calls, non of which I could make.
I have seen Kristen before here and knew she was competent but today she became a Star in my book. She took my dead phone, evaluated it, charged it!! and began to explain how to upgrade my services at a big savings to me. I was overjoyed...I'm now leaving with a working phone, taking advantage of all the promotional offerings and looking forward to receiving new, improved phone and even a new TV. Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!”

There was never a time where Aerowave didn't meet our radio needs and they were prompt to fix any mistake on their occasional occurrence. I forgot the name of who helped me out but she was very polite, carefully listened to any question I had and answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand.
