“We have used Extra Storage a few times over the last 25 years. They’ve always been easy to work with. The spaces and property has always been clean and well taken care of. I feel my belongings are safe on this property. I would absolutely use the space again if needed.”
“The locating the truck and pickup was easy. There was an additional charge on my final bill for a dolly rental that I did not pay for upon the initial reservation that I didn't use (movers had their own), that I didn't know to take out prior to leaving with the truck. I should have checked inside before leaving but other than that I had absolutely no issues dropping off as well. Very friendly staff. Paul allowed me to extend my time without any additional charges. Would rent here again.”
“I had a fantastic experience with Penske thanks to Sammy! I originally rented a 12 foot truck to haul my stuff 1,000 miles to another state. After getting in the truck, I realized it was not going to suit me for this long haul. I went back into the office and asked Sammy if I could upgrade. She upgraded me to a 16 foot Ford which had recent service because she knew I was driving far, which was awesome! It handled well, had plenty of power, a backup camera with live feed review camera for travel, and blue tooth. She gave me a great deal on the upgrade and was just awesome overall. Sammy is a true professional and knows her stuff! I highly recommend the Carrollton Penske location as well as Sammy. Thank you for helping me make a long trip more comfortable and confident!”

“Great location for storage and has climate control and various sizes. Slide up doors and regular open and shut up doors. I got a good price since I don’t have a lot of things. Crystal Hernandez was my help figuring it out.”
“Roy is fair and honest. We have been renting trucks from Roy for almost 5 years. We don't go anywhere else. He knows us and he is always able to help us out in a pinch. Thanks Roy!!”

“MY uhaul door did not open for the cargo van. Cody however took good care of me, Luckily all went through side door on my items. Maybe hard to spot electrical issues, not a mechanic and didnt have to return to pick up a different one so excellent it is. Thank you Cody
I see you all have good deals on small climate controlled storage as well”
