There was an additional charge on my final bill for a dolly rental that I did not pay for upon the initial reservation that I didn't use (movers had their own), that I didn't know to take out prior to leaving with the truck. I should have checked inside before leaving but other than that I had absolutely no issues dropping off as well. Very friendly staff. Paul allowed me to extend my time without any additional charges.
