This U-Haul location is staffed with out standing service. John, Ernie and the entire team are truly exceptional.

I rented a U-Haul on September 15th, but there is a problem with the truck. The air conditioning is not working. Due to the hot weather, not being able to use the air conditioning was very uncomfortable and distressing. I don’t think I should have to pay the full rental price for a service that was not provided properly.
