U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lake Lewisville offers a range of services for local and long-distance moves, including truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, with one employee receiving special mention for her exceptional service during busy times. The option to rent plastic boxes instead of cardboard is popular, providing a convenient and eco-friendly moving solution. However, some reviews highlight areas for improvement, such as the need for better communication during vehicle check-outs and customer service responsiveness. Instances of unprofessional behavior among staff and delays in assistance have been noted. Overall, while many customers express satisfaction with their experiences and plan to return, there are calls for more attentive service during peak times.
It's a pretty big place with lots of storage options, rentals and services.
