“This was our first sleep number bed purchase. Our first visit was with Kevin (manager) and he was very helpful and we placed the order. The next day we met with some close friends who have had a sleep number bed for years and they talked us into the version they had. So we then needed to change our order. That was a struggle. The first customer service agent didn't seem very knowledgable and was not understanding how to use the discounts we got from the original order. So we decided to go back to the store. We worked with Tom and Tom was great!!! He helped us with changing the order, getting the right discounts applied, and ensuring we ordered the right stuff. Unfortunately, we had to work through customer service - again - to actually make the order changes...which was yet another struggle. Seems to me, they should just let the store agents make changes??? After an odd amount of work, we finally got it right (we hope). Fortunately, we went through this hassle as we discovered that the original order was wrong so who knows what hassles that would have created when the order was delivered! Whew, dodged a bullet there we think. Anyway, we are looking forward to getting our new bed and trying it out! VERY hopeful it will lead to blissful sleep!”

The prices are seriously hard to beat, and it feels good knowing you’re scoring the same brands for way less. The fitting rooms are clean and usually open, which makes trying things on easy. Staff are helpful when needed and do a great job keeping the store moving, especially at checkout. It’s not a fancy store, but it doesn’t have to be—it’s about value and fun treasure hunting. If you love deals, variety, and a little bit of surprise in your shopping trip, this Ross is a total win. Five stars for quality deals and that thrill of finding something amazing for cheap!”
