“We were in tonight on 12/30/25 in the last hour of business I believe. The young man who checked us out was so great. Very kind, attentive and took great care with everyone he helped. We were in line behind 2 or 3 customers and the care he gave was rare for these days. He was also patient explaining sales etc. He deserves a raise or promotion in my opinion. Great customer care. I also love my new skirt and gyoza/dumpling dish purchased. Thanks!”

Some of the stuff in here is kind of a little bit expensive for what it is, but other stuff is a great deal. I get my Christmas stocking-stuffers from this store every year. It's a family tradition at this point.”

“This was our first sleep number bed purchase. Our first visit was with Kevin (manager) and he was very helpful and we placed the order. The next day we met with some close friends who have had a sleep number bed for years and they talked us into the version they had. So we then needed to change our order. That was a struggle. The first customer service agent didn't seem very knowledgable and was not understanding how to use the discounts we got from the original order. So we decided to go back to the store. We worked with Tom and Tom was great!!! He helped us with changing the order, getting the right discounts applied, and ensuring we ordered the right stuff. Unfortunately, we had to work through customer service - again - to actually make the order changes...which was yet another struggle. Seems to me, they should just let the store agents make changes??? After an odd amount of work, we finally got it right (we hope). Fortunately, we went through this hassle as we discovered that the original order was wrong so who knows what hassles that would have created when the order was delivered! Whew, dodged a bullet there we think. Anyway, we are looking forward to getting our new bed and trying it out! VERY hopeful it will lead to blissful sleep!”

Every time I stop by, I walk out with something unexpected—in the best way possible! The store is well-organized (for a discount store), and the variety is unbeatable. Whether it’s name-brand clothes, cute home décor, kitchen gadgets, or random but useful finds—I always feel like I’m getting more for my money. The prices are seriously hard to beat, and it feels good knowing you’re scoring the same brands for way less. The fitting rooms are clean and usually open, which makes trying things on easy. Staff are helpful when needed and do a great job keeping the store moving, especially at checkout. It’s not a fancy store, but it doesn’t have to be—it’s about value and fun treasure hunting. If you love deals, variety, and a little bit of surprise in your shopping trip, this Ross is a total win. Five stars for quality deals and that thrill of finding something amazing for cheap!”

I didn't find a lot of boys set clothes size 8. Also I didn't find sketchers shoes for girls size 13. But I find sandles for girls size 13 a lot and my little one choose one from them”
