“I visited here the evening of when Att had their massive outage . 2 young men were working. One had just finished his shift at H-E-B and was still wearing a shirt. The other one was the manager. They had already had a long day due to all the Guests that had been calling and coming in upset about not having service. Didn’t stop them from handling my strange issue with courtesy and patience. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate their service and Crickets service in general. It’s always been a pleasure compared to using Verizon and AT&T for years. I don’t have to wait long to get help whenever I call and whenever I visit a store whether it be a Corporate cricket store, or a private owned. It’s obscene how much more affordable and the amazing coverage. I meant to review this visit last week, but it hasn’t slipped my mind how helpful and how grateful I am for the long time it took them to help me they even threw in a Sim card knowing that I couldn’t access my phone for payment it’s incredible. Don’t see much of it these days so thank you! I highly recommend visiting this location for new service and phone purchases.”

“What can I say I went back to Boost Mobile because I went to Walmart a few days earlier and first the main lady at the door told me the store shut down at 6 on Sunday night she was wrong it was open to 11 p.m. to add insult to injury it took the electronics guys an hour and 45 minutes to activate a simple phone with Verizon prepaid service nobody knew what was going on they didn't even know how to call Verizon to activate the phone and to get the new 512 area code phone number so definitely do not go to Walmart and get Verizon just stay with Boost Mobile or go back to Boost Mobile and get a real phone like my LG k51 with DTS surround sound and enough memory and storage for your pictures and texts and data and everything I know you get what you pay for but it was excruciating standing there an hour and 45 minutes to technicians just activating a phone at Walmart with Verizon service that really was terrible enough said”

“Went to this store because I've always had good luck here. Today was no exception. I had a broken screen and didn't want to figure out the process of trying to use my insurance. Alanha (sp?) Helped me out as soon as I walked in. I told her the situation on my phone. She checked it out, then dug in setting me up an appt with the cell phone repair place nearby. She was very pleasant, quick and friendly. That's the way I like it. Give her a raise!”
“STEVEN IS THE MAN! This guy just made our lives so easy. We went in to switch from AT&T. He walked us through the processes and made it as easy as it could've possibly been. He also suggested apps to help regulate the kids internet usage and didn't mind us asking lots of questions. He even looked up our address on the T-Mobile coverage map so we could see how strong of a connection we'd have from home. We're paying $70 less per month with T-Mobile and got a new phone for free! Highly recommend the switch BUT this review is for Steven. Give the man a raise and a bonus!”
