We purchased our truck from Friendly about 2 months ago.. we were/are incredibly happy with our purchase and the whole process. We already left a review but I felt I had to leave this one as well.. in today’s world it’s hard to find people let alone a business that honors its word that said we will say from our AMAZING sales woman Megan 💕 to the GM Humberto as well as Sunny and Ellery in Service our experience has been WAY above anything we expected. We were promised things and they actually followed through with our a dime coming out of our pocket for the great service they have provided. Our fuel filters warning light came on shortly after the purchase.. Sunny and Megan told us it would be taken care of and as promised they did.. they changed both, fixed our uconnect issue and all in the time promised. They have truly made an impact on our family.. so much so that Mom purchased her vehicle with them this last week and our son is heading this week. They were active and busy, but some how managed to take care of every customer equally without anyone being left out. They were quick, smooth and stable all at the same time! Madison even informed me I had the incorrect part from another location and was able to correct the issue immediately, on top of pointing any safety hazard while I was disconnecting my battery!!
