I went to AutoZone because I had bought something from there and went to go return it and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any parts store so I just decided to leave and head over to O’Reilly’s next-door and was warmly welcomed by Dawn P an Andrew A I asked for their names because their service was exceptional. I told them about the previous experience from AutoZone and they were very sorry to hear about that and helped me through my entire process of buying what I needed and we kinda talked a little bit and they made my experience way better and Made up for the crappy one at AutoZone I will never be going To AutoZone ever again O’Reilly’s all the way”
