“My favorite auto parts store, the only I would change would be a separate checkout for front of store only with no parts look up and no phone for call in inquiries. If I'm there in person ready to buy my oil and filter or what ever from customer accessible shelves, I shouldn't have to wait for checkout while the counter person does price quotes over the phone for other shoppers.”
