“Great place was in last night called to cheek price on right front break calibar and front brakes I think his name was Chris gave me the information confirmed it was in the back. When I got to the store I had a warranty exchange on the breaks got the brake calibar and he managed to sell me the brake cleaner brake fluid and lube pack, quick easy in and out. Great attitude, positive couldnt have been better. He could have tried giving me crap about those brakes they were rough.”

“So far they've been very helpful, I hope our service and timeline is not too bad. I'll report and let you know how things turn out. We have some extensive repairs, if they get done I imagine it's going to be a while. Management has listened, technician that we spoke to even found more wrong than we had anticipated. I went to AutoZone because I had bought something from there and went to go return it and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any parts store so I just decided to leave and head over to O’Reilly’s next-door and was warmly welcomed by Dawn P an Andrew A I asked for their names because their service was exceptional. I told them about the previous experience from AutoZone and they were very sorry to hear about that and helped me through my entire process of buying what I needed and we kinda talked a little bit and they made my experience way better and Made up for the crappy one at AutoZone I will never be going To AutoZone ever again O’Reilly’s all the way”
