“Great store, good variety and staff is helpful if you need to find something. Prices seem a bit high, but could be the area, as a few stores seem to be slightly higher priced than I'm used to where I live. (I'm in the area to work the Texas Renaissance Festival)”

“Walmart. Oh Walmart. Every want to know what lurks in a town? Visit a Walmart in the middle of the day, or middle of the night. I’m not even sure Walmart still knows they have a location in Giddings. You know how the dollar store or Marshall’s or anywhere like that always looks like they’re in the middle of annual inventory? This Walmart wrote the book on it. Nice people, but it feels like you’re walking through a child’s closet after they “cleaned” their room in a hurry.”

“Omgoodness he has the best crispitos! They are delicious! Wholesome and real hearty chicken strips. Plus, whenever we've gone, employees are kind, friendly and hold light conversations which is sweet on their part. Again best crispitos I have tasted that comes from a convenient store.”
“The friendliest store in Texas!! Every time I visit my sister in Lexington I make sure and stop in. The produce is always good and the prices are very fair..Same with the different meats sold there. In general it has just about everything a small town store could ask for. The cashier's are kind and helpful the owner himself is not afraid to help out also holding the door open for customers. Definitely worth stopping in.”
“I was in car waiting for husband to get a couple things in store and notice a little girl trying to get out the door, but she didn’t know that the door wasn’t working and she needed to use the other door. She went back into the store and let the clerk know. The clerk walked out with her, watched her until she got into the car, and waved at whoever the little girl was with in the car. I just had to know her name so I could put out a shoot out to her. So I went back to find her. I finally found her in the back room working. She was taken back by me asking her name and when I explained to her why she was so kind and sweet and thanked me for letting her know. Her name is Andrea. Just wanted to share this act of kindness! Very sweet!!”
