“I had my truck battery quit on me July 4 in 100 degree heat so I went to this O'Reilly to get a new battery. The sweet lady at the front named Brittniey was not only kind but extremely helpful and insisted on doing the installation herself. Normally I'd expect someone to be grumpy doing that kind of work in this heat on a holiday but Brittniey was pleasant and even funny, cracking jokes along with me while she replaced my battery. She is definitely a keeper and I appreciate her hard work!”
“This was a great experience. I was given different options for my purchase and had explained to me how the warranty would work for all applications. Great job Interstate Batteries of Tyler. Nice clean place.”

“I highly recommend you visit this store for any car parts you need. The service is top notch, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Kyle went above and beyond to help me get some electrical issues worked out on my father’s truck.”
