“The capacitor on our Home air conditioner went out about 4:00pm yesterday afternoon. Every other supplier closed at 4:00. I noticed Reece closed at 4:30 so I called them…at 4:28. Kenneth answered the phone and was kind enough to pull the necessary parts, create an invoice for me to pay later, and sat the parts outside the shop for me to pick up. Thanks to Reece and Kenneth, my wife did not have to sleep in a hot house last night. Definitely exceeded expectations. Customer for life. Thank you!!! John - Lindale Tx”

“These guys are amazing. I took a picture of a huskavarna carburetor and the model of the lawnmower to them ( not realizing that the motor had many different variations) and they nailed the exact gasket that I needed. I went to 2 other places that finally led me to them. These guys definitely know their stuff and I couldn't be more grateful. Tall grass = mosquitoes. Start here if you're needing advice or parts cause they went outta their way and knocked it out the ballpark.”

“Big box store where you can most of what you need for home improvement. Mosty automated checkout, isles were crowded with stuff and very difficult to maneuver today. 08/01/2026. Boosting the Home Depot located on the Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler, Texas from a 3 to a 4 all because of an employee named Dee! She was awesome! Dee helped me locate the plumbing couplings I needed. They were difficult to find and I was experiencing an extremely difficult time describing them. Dee persisted and she was able to locate them and then took some time to visit with my wife and I about faucets! Anyway, Dee from the plumbing isle at the Tyler Home Depot, this shout out is for you!!!!”

“Lowe's most probably does have whatever you are looking for if you are trying to fix your home, but finding something in the store can present a challenge. For one, despite prevailing logic, the very high number aisles are in the very front of the store(e.g. 53 thru 68), while the lowest number aisles are in the middle section of the store. Also, it seems the store hiring team only keeps a skeleton crew as of late late. This can probably be attributed to challenging economic times in which maintaining a decent profit margin require a low head count. If you need help finding something, I would recommend finding g someone right when you walk in the store. It will save you critical time, instead of finding yourself wandering aimlessly in giant warehouse full of goods.”
