“Went in for a $5 tarp, came out with an engine hoist, three flashlights, and a power inverter I’ll never use. The line was longer than a church potluck. One guy tried to pay in quarters, another argued over a coupon from 2012. By the time I checked out, I was on a first-name basis with everyone in line—including the cashier’s cousin. Still worth it. Got a free tape measure.”

“A wind storm destroyed one of our shop's front bay doors exposing the contents of our shop to anyone traveling down the road. We needed a new door pronto. A rep, Misty, from Overhead shot us a quote the same day (Monday) that we requested it. We did receive a quote from another company, but their quote was significantly higher than Overhead's. Todd from ODS came out the next day (Tuesday) to verify the address and check on the job. This morning, Wednesday, two installers, Steven and James arrived to install the door. They were efficient and friendly. I would recommend Overhead Door Systems, Inc. of Chandler Texas. I would use them again.”

“My chainsaw was giving me trouble, so I went to a big box store and bought a new 20” bar and chain. After fighting with it for a couple of hours, I finally gave up. Later, when I stopped by Lonestar to pick up a mower part, I casually asked if they knew anyone who worked on chainsaws. I had no idea they had their own service department!
They told me to bring it in, and within a minute they spotted the issue: I had bought the wrong bar, and the chain was the wrong pitch. Once they put on the correct bar and chain—bingo, problem solved.
From now on, I won’t waste time anywhere else. Their pricing is right in line with the big box stores, but the service is unbeatable. Thank you, Lonestar—you’ve earned my business!”

“For truck driver they want to be exact in appointment time no earlier gate close at 3,30 no parking inside,Atwood travel center is 7 miles away $10 it’s paid parking but it’s big no worries about spot and other Casey gas station has parking but not much I 20 there is loves travel center that is quiet far maybe 20 miles away”
“Had a small emergency and needed a pack of breathing air. I called every airgas around Cooper, TX, and Dallas, TX, and this is the only location that could help me. With one phone call to this location, they located a 16-pack and organized the transportation to our jobsite in Cooper, TX. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store.”
“Travis answered my phone call today, and he was amazing. He immediately went to the shelf to see if the dog food I asked for was in stock. Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. ? It is so hard to find good customer service these days. “Lowe's most probably does have whatever you are looking for if you are trying to fix your home, but finding something in the store can present a challenge. For one, despite prevailing logic, the very high number aisles are in the very front of the store(e.g. 53 thru 68), while the lowest number aisles are in the middle section of the store. Also, it seems the store hiring team only keeps a skeleton crew as of late late. This can probably be attributed to challenging economic times in which maintaining a decent profit margin require a low head count. If you need help finding something, I would recommend finding g someone right when you walk in the store. It will save you critical time, instead of finding yourself wandering aimlessly in giant warehouse full of goods.”
