“I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”

“Booked an appointment online today for a charger port replacement for 2pm. Navid called in the morning and asked if I’d like to come in earlier for a diagnostic. Warned me that he didn’t have the part in stock and if that were the case, he’d have to order it. My pal took in my phone and sure enough, I needed that part, BUT Naveed went above and beyond to pick up the part at a place nearby. Wow! Talk about customer service!! They had a battery replacement special (with repair) and suggested I get it while he had the phone open. Totally! Thanks a bunch Navid! Now I don’t have to suffer trying to get my old phone charged. Phone is like brand new! You’re the best! Totally recommend these guys!! Price is SUPER reasonable and turnaround time is exceptional. Did I mention they also have A+ customer service? Cause they most certainly do.”

“Had a superb experience with this guys.On a saturday night urgently needed to change my car battery. Went to two famous shops who has shops in different zones in the coutry. One turned down me saying we are about to close and other one said its too cold outside to change. Lol!!!Called these guys. Jonathan picked up phone and said he will do it in 10 minutes and He did. Great employee anybody can have. I highly recommend to talk to him if you go there. Super positive attitunde. “I went there yesterday to get a new battery and installation for my ailing iPhone. I was told it could take 30-60 minutes depending on how busy they were. Luckily for me, I hit an off time. First off, Shelley gave me his chair, he could see I was disabled. And then got right to work on my phone. He was finished in 15 minutes. We had a good conversation which made time pass easily. I also got a 10% discount. They have every battery and bulb you could possibly need. Great for a quick key fob battery change. I highly recommend Batteries +. “I drove past the store, located less than a mile from my home, which is located on 75 in Park Ln. due to the rude snippet remarks of their manager, Tony he act as if I was bothering him so I decided to go to the Plano store This store was worth the drive. I love the staff. They are well educated they look like they enjoy what they do. It is 180° turn from the nightmare that sits on park 75 and Park Lane.. If you have a problem, no matter where in the metroplex go to this store in Plano, I had them reserve two more batteries for the bat pack that I needed for my equip. I will be picking it up next week.”
