“The place had a major progress from a year ago. They did above and beyond what was needed for repairs as they cleaned the vehicle in and out. The rep was also dedicated to the customer satisfaction as she made sure that I had updates at least 1-2x weekly. She also ask to give them a chance if there's any issues with the car. The front desk changed personnel, and she has excellent customer service skills.”
