“My son's Iphone 12 quit turning on. We assumed it was the battery. We originally took it across the street to a different repair shop(we went to the 1st one we saw on google). They said it wasn't the battery but needed a new screen. They referred us to this store. When we went and explained the situation (that it may need a new screen), they advised that it would cost $121 for a new screen. After a few hours, we came back and the phone was like brand new and working beautifully. IT WAS THE BATTERY! And the cost of a new battery was $80. So we were not scammed! The gentleman at the front (may have been an owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. This is where we will come every time we need Iphone repair. Very happy with this repair shop!”

He had to do some extra work to diagnose our TV's motherboard problem and didn't charge us extra for some of the time even though it involved extra trips to our house. “It was great! I had tried to do a Windows update and then the system wouldn't start up any more. I took it into PC help and Brian and Tom were really friendly and helpful. They got my computer fixed up in no time. They also told me I would benefit from upgrading my hard drive. I said I wasn't sure about that. They offered to upgrade it and said if I didn't see the benefit they would put it back like it was no charge. I'm so glad I did it because it's like I got a new computer. “Booked an appointment online today for a charger port replacement for 2pm. Navid called in the morning and asked if I’d like to come in earlier for a diagnostic. Warned me that he didn’t have the part in stock and if that were the case, he’d have to order it. My pal took in my phone and sure enough, I needed that part, BUT Naveed went above and beyond to pick up the part at a place nearby. Wow! Talk about customer service!! They had a battery replacement special (with repair) and suggested I get it while he had the phone open. Totally! Thanks a bunch Navid! Now I don’t have to suffer trying to get my old phone charged. Phone is like brand new! You’re the best! Totally recommend these guys!! Price is SUPER reasonable and turnaround time is exceptional. Did I mention they also have A+ customer service? Cause they most certainly do.”

“I went there yesterday to get a new battery and installation for my ailing iPhone. I was told it could take 30-60 minutes depending on how busy they were. Luckily for me, I hit an off time. First off, Shelley gave me his chair, he could see I was disabled. And then got right to work on my phone. He was finished in 15 minutes. We had a good conversation which made time pass easily. I also got a 10% discount. They have every battery and bulb you could possibly need. Great for a quick key fob battery change. I highly recommend Batteries +. “So I dropped my phone noon on a Sunday, the day before a holiday. I brought my phone in to their store during the afternoon. The original time my phone would be finished would be noon on a Tuesday. Luckily for me, they had all the parts I needed for my phone on deck already. They got my phone in perfect working order in literally less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely be back with my other devices! Staff is great!”

“My HP laptop hinge broke and pop out from behind the screen. I took it to one place in Allen and the guy said it would be in the $200s to fix it if he could save the screen and in the $400s if he couldn’t save the screen but even bigger issue was it would take him a week to order the parts. So I got on Google and picked a place for a second opinion. I am so glad I did because Dilip was so nice and helped me for less money and did it the same day. I brought it in Friday morning and it was going to be $175 to fix the hinge and $375 to replace the screen. I asked how quick he could do it and he got it done the same day! When I came to pick it up the touch screen didn’t work but after trying to restart it. He reordered the screen and asked me to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back and he put the new screen on and it was ready within 2 hours and the touchscreen works again. I am so thankful that I didn’t have to end up waiting a week for parts and paying more. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”
